Flexi Park & Go (From 1 April 2025)

Flexi Park & Go is a new parking scheme introduced by Paya Lebar Quarter, with the objective of offering attractive parking tickets to PLQ office and mall tenants with flexible work arrangements and shoppers who patronise the mall frequently.

Flexi Park & Go will be issued to users in the form of parking tickets and they will be required to scan the ticket on the scanner at the carpark gantry before exiting. Each ticket is programmed with a value of $14.04 and it is only valid for per entry use. The value of $14.04 is computed based on the regular carpark rates and duration for PLQ Mall and PLQ 3 which can be found here.

There are two sets of Flexi Park & Go tickets that you can choose from:

Set A: Purchase five (5) tickets and receive one (1) complimentary ticket, at the price of $70.20 [17% discount]

Set B: Purchase ten (10) tickets and receive three (3) complimentary tickets, at the price of $140.40 [23% discount]

Flexi Park & Go tickets will be available for sale at PLQ 1, 2 and 3 office concierge from 1 April 2025 onwards. Payment strictly by PayNow only, cash and other cashless payment mode are not available.

  1. What is Flexi Park & Go?

Ans: Flexi Park & Go is a new parking scheme introduced by Paya Lebar Quarter, with the objective of offering attractive parking tickets to PLQ Mall and PLQ office tenants with flexible work arrangements.

  1. How does Flexi Park & Go works?

Ans: Flexi Park & Go tickets are physical parking tickets issued to users upon each successful transaction. To use the tickets, user is required to scan the ticket on the scanner at the carpark gantry. Each ticket is valued at $14.04 per entry, prevailing parking charges may apply after deduction from Flexi Park & Go tickets.

  1. How does the Flexi Park & Go tickets differ from Season Parking?

Ans:  Flexi Park & Go tickets are physical parking tickets that will be issued per each successful transaction. User will need to scan the physical ticket on the scanner at the carpark gantry, registration of vehicle IU is not required. Whereas season parking is activated automatically based on registered vehicle IU number.

  1. How many Flexi Park & Go tickets can I buy?

Ans: There are two purchasing options to opt for:

Set A: Purchase five (5) tickets and receive one (1) complimentary ticket, at the price of $70.20 [17% discount]

Set B: Purchase ten (10) tickets and receive three (3) complimentary tickets, at the price of $140.40 [23% discount]

The number of complimentary tickets given for each bundle is final and cannot be changed.

  1. Can I purchase only one (1) Flexi Park & Go ticket?

Ans: No, you are not allowed to purchase only one (1) ticket. Flexi Park & Go tickets are sold either in bundle of five (5) tickets or ten (10) tickets, which will entitle the user to one (1) or three (3) complimentary tickets respectively.

  1. I am intending to buy Set A (5 tickets + 1 free ticket), can I have three (3) tickets to programme for use at PLQ Mall carpark and the other three (3) tickets to be use for PLQ 3 carpark?

Ans: No, mix and match of Flexi Park & Go tickets are strictly not allowed. One set (either A or B) of Flexi Park & Go tickets is strictly for one (1) designated building only.

In this scenario, you are required to purchase two sets of Set A, where five (5) + one (1) ticket will be programmed for PLQ Mall, and the other set will be programmed for PLQ 3. 

  1. I am currently a Season Parking ticket holder of PLQ Mall, PLQ 1/2 or 3, am I allowed to purchase Flexi Park & Go tickets?

Ans: You are allowed to purchase and use the Flexi Park & Go tickets even if you are currently a Season Parking ticket holder since the ticket does not tag to your vehicle IU. However, you are unable to utilise your Season Parking and Flexi Park & Go tickets concurrently.

  1. Can I convert my Season Parking to Flexi Park & Go?

Ans: Conversion of Season Parking to Flexi Park & Go is strictly not allowed. In the event if you opt for the Park and Save scheme and wish to terminate your Season Parking, there will strictly be no refunds made upon termination.

  1. Am I able to purchase the Flexi Park & Go tickets on behalf of someone else?

Ans: Yes, you are allowed to purchase the Flexi Park & Go tickets for someone else too.

  1. What is the validity period for the Flexi Park & Go tickets?

Ans: All Flexi Park & Go tickets are valid for use until the last calendar day of two (2) months from the month of purchase. There will be strictly no extensions or refunds for any expired and/or un-utilised tickets.

Example:
Tickets purchased on 15 April, will be valid till 31 May (dated two months, till the last day of calendar month)
Tickets purchased on 1 May, will be valid till 30 June (dated two months, till the last day of calendar month)

  1. Which carparks can I use my Flexi Park & Go tickets?

Ans: The Flexi Park & Go parking scheme is applicable at PLQ Mall carpark and PLQ 3 carpark only. PLQ 1/2 carpark is not included in this new parking scheme.

  1. Can I use my Flexi Park & Go ticket designated for PLQ Mall at PLQ 3, and vice versa?

Ans: All Flexi Park & Go tickets purchased are designated for the specific building only. Hence you are unable to use the ticket for PLQ Mall at PLQ 3, and vice versa. You may purchase Flexi Park & Go tickets for both buildings if you are intending to park your vehicle at PLQ Mall and PLQ 3. Likewise, you are not allowed to use your Flexi Park & Go tickets at PLQ 1/2 carpark.

  1. Where can I purchase my Flexi Park & Go tickets?

Ans: Flexi Park & Go tickets can be purchased at the office concierge of PLQ 1, 2 and 3, located at the respective office lobbies daily from Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. Payment mode will be via PayNow QR code only, other cashless payment methods and physical cash will not be accepted. You are required to fill up an application form and complete payment on the spot, physical Flexi Park & Go tickets will be issued thereafter.

  1. I am a regular shopper of PLQ and I visit the mall frequently. Am I allowed to purchase Flexi Park & Go tickets?

Ans: Yes, shoppers of PLQ can also purchase the Flexi Park & Go tickets at the office concierge at PLQ 1/2 and 3, located on Level 1 Main Lobby.

  1. I am a Lendlease Plus member and I have Park Plus$ in my e-wallet. Can I still use my Park Plus$ while I am using the Flexi Park & Go ticket?

Ans: Yes, you can still utilise your Park Plus$ while using your Flexi Park & Go ticket. Redemption of Park Plus$ is only for Lendlease Plus members who have their corresponding vehicle number and IU number registered in the system. Below shows the sequence of how your parking fees will be deducted in order:

We will strongly recommend all users to check your Park Plus$ balance in your Lendlease Plus account first before deciding whether to use your Flexi Park & Go  ticket prior to exit. Park Plus$ are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable & non-transferable once redeemed. All other standard terms and conditions of the Lendlease Plus Programme apply.

  1. How do I use my Flexi Park & Go ticket?

Ans: You are required to scan your Flexi Park & Go ticket on the gantry scanner before exiting the carpark. Please ensure that your cashcard is removed from your IU terminal first. If there are prevailing parking charges, insert your cashcard into your IU terminal for further deduction.

  1. Is all un-utilised amount stored in the Flexi Park & Go ticket refundable?

Ans: No, there is strictly no refunds for all purchase of Flexi Park & Go tickets.

  1. My Flexi Park & Go ticket was accidentally used when I did not intend to use it. Am I able to reinstate my ticket?

Ans: We are unable to reinstate any used Flexi Park & Go ticket. There will be no refunds, replacement or exchange of parking tickets once sold. Please plan your trip in advance and only use your Flexi Park & Go ticket when you are certain of your intention before exiting from the carpark.

  1. I accidentally lost my Flexi Park & Go tickets; can I request for a new ticket?

Ans: There is strictly no re-issuance of Flexi Park & Go tickets if your tickets are damage or lost. You will be required to purchase a new set of tickets.

  1. Can I use the same Flexi Park & Go ticket again for my next visit, if I park for less than two hours during my first visit?

Ans: All Flexi Park & Go tickets are for single-use only and any remaining balance in your stored ticket will be forfeited.

  1. I recently changed to a new vehicle and has a new IU number. Will there be any impact to the Flexi Park & Go tickets that I have purchased under my previous vehicle?

Ans: There will be no impact to the tickets you have purchased since the tickets will not be tagged to your vehicle IU. If you are a Lendlease Plus member, please update your corresponding vehicle number and IU number on the Lendlease Plus app for utilisation of Park Plus$.

  1. Can I appeal for an extension, refund or exchange of unutilized or expired Flexi Park & Go tickets?

Ans: All appeals on extension, refund and exchange of Flexi Park & Go tickets are not allowed and will not be entertained.

  1. I have resigned from my current position, and I do not need the Flexi Park & Go tickets anymore. Can I request for a refund?

Ans: Any full and/or partial refund of Flexi Park & Go tickets will not be allowed in all circumstances.
